All meeting requests are reviewed, and the KFS staff attempts to fulfill as many requests as the calendar allows. Depending on the topic or scheduling, you may be referred to member of our team/staff so that your request routed to the proper channel.

This form allows for 90 days of lead time and we will try to make every effort to accomodate same day request, however in some cases it may not be possible due to staff availability. You will receive notification once your request has been reviewed.
